What is refund policy on shipped products?


WagJag is proud to offer a wide range of quality products from leading wholesale and retail suppliers. Our deep discounts are based on the fact that we do not typically carry inventory – we order products at the time of your purchase directly from our partner suppliers.

Due to the unique nature of our discounted offers, all shipped products are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or compensation if the item is received as advertised. If you have questions about the details of a product offer, please contact our customer service team before purchase and we will be happy to assist.

If you have concerns regarding the quality or condition of an item received, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt. Where applicable, we will require a photo of any product defect for quality control purposes. Only Items determined damaged or defective can be returned for a full refund. All other quality concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In all cases, the product must be returned in order to receive any compensation, and refunds cannot be issued until the product had been received. Unless indicated, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. As products are sold in limited quantities, it is unfortunately not possible to arrange item replacements.
