Refunds on products.

Products include all goods that are delivered directly to your front door by a supplier. Due to the unique nature of our discounted offers, all shipped products are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or compensation if the item is received as advertised. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective or not as advertised, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a case by case resolution. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable.
