What is the refund policy?

Within the first 30 days, if you have not used your voucher and would like to return it, please contact us and we will provide you with a full refund. After the 30 days have passed each request is handled on a case-by-case basis and only credit will be issued, if warranted.

Exceptions to the 30 day rule include WagJag products, events, travel and grocery. Please note that due to their nature, health and beauty products are non-refundable.

Should a voucher’s redemption window be shorter than 30 days, refunds will be available until the listed expiry date. Refunds will not be provided on expired vouchers.
